1. Your Statutory Rights

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

2. How to Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us clearly (e.g. by email to contact@phomvexneoshulao.world) of your decision. You may use the model withdrawal form but it is not obligatory. Send the goods back within 14 days of informing us.

3. Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. We may withhold refund until we receive the goods or proof of return.

4. Return Shipping

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.

5. Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, sealed products that have been opened may not be returnable if unsealed after delivery. Contact us for specific cases.

6. Geographic Scope

This return policy applies to orders placed from within the European Union and EEA. We sell dietary supplements to customers in these regions.
